As a Registered Psychotherapist (RP) and Certified Solution-Focused Therapist (CSFT), I provide professional psychotherapy services to individuals and couples seeking support for a variety of concerns, including anxiety disorders, depression, life transitions, grief and loss, self-improvement, relationship difficulties, and infidelity.

I have completed the Intensive Sex Therapy Training Program at the University of Guelph and have specialized training in the Gottman Method for couples therapy. My work with couples focuses on supporting them in improving communication, enhancing intimacy, and navigating challenges, including those related to affairs.

My therapeutic approach is grounded in respect for each person’s individual process and the belief that growth and healing are possible within a supportive environment. As a Certified Solution-Focused Therapist, I help clients explore new perspectives and identify meaningful, goal-oriented changes.

I have a strong interest in the mind-body connection and its influence on emotional and psychological well-being. I continue to engage in ongoing professional development and have trained in somatic-oriented modalities, including Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, which emphasizes the body’s role in emotional processing.

Through a professional, evidence-informed approach, I strive to create a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental spacewhere clients can explore their experiences and work toward personal growth. While therapy can be an effective tool for self-discovery and emotional healing, individual experiences and outcomes may vary.
